Interior Fit-Out Sales Manager

As an Interior Design Sales Manager at IDW Interiors, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets by collaborating with a team of talented interior designers. Your responsibilities will include creating accurate sales forecasts, maintaining transparency with management regarding the status of the sales pipeline, and consistently closing new business at or above quota levels. You will be tasked with developing and executing a strategic plan for the showroom/offline business unit. Furthermore, you will be expected to gather and disseminate competitive information, proactively solve problems, and be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed. Additionally, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening and presentation abilities, and the capacity to multitask, prioritize, and manage your time efficiently.,
