Job Description

As an experienced professional in Interior & Exterior Trims, specifically in Bumpers, Crash Pad, Headliner, Sun visor, Cowl Grill, Spoiler, Garnish, Emblems, Seat, your role will involve: - Reading, interpreting, and guiding team members on engineering drawings in both 2D & 3D formats. - Utilizing your expertise in Part Development Process including APQP documentation (e.g., Process FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, Capability Studies, ISIR Approval). - Applying strong analytical skills to review and provide feedback on vendor development methods from team members. - Demonstrating a clear understanding of the company's Business goals and effectively planning for result-oriented management. - Regularly communicating with vendors and stakeholders to address concerns and drive continual improvements during development operations. - Demonstrating excellent top-down and bottom-up communication and liaison skills. - Identifying opportunities for vendor development and driving continual improvements. - Taking responsibility for new product launches and ensuring compliance with established standards. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring supplier development programs through strong team guidance to achieve the business goals and results effectively.,
