Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer, specializing in Space Planning. The role is based in Guwahati and includes responsibilities such as designing and planning layouts, collaborating with clients to understand their specific requirements, creating detailed construction drawings, and integrating furniture, finishes, and equipment (FF&E) into cohesive designs. The designer will work alongside architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are executed to perfection, maintaining both functionality and aesthetic value.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design with a focus on balancing functionality and aesthetics
• Proficiency in creating detailed Construction Drawings and understanding Architecture
• Experience with furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selection and integration
• Strong technical knowledge of materials, trends, and tools in interior design
• Excellent client communication and project management skills
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing interior design projects will be an added advantage
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
