Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Design Support

Work on working drawings, GFC drawings and details.
Proficiency in construction and interior finish materials and their detailing.

2. Documentation

Create and update technical drawings, construction documents, and presentation boards.
Ensure accuracy and adherence to codes, standards, and client requirements.
Preparation of BOQ, Specifications and Quantification.

4. Project Coordination

Help coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors.
Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables.
Track changes and maintain version control of documents.

5. Client and Presentation Support

Prepare visual materials for client meetings.
Support senior architects during presentations.

6. Office and Administrative Duties

Maintain organized project files.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reports, and logs.
Participate in internal meetings and contribute to team discussions.

7. Skills and Tools

Software Proficiency:
AutoCAD, SketchUp + Vray, Photoshop, etc.
Skills:
Attention to detail, creativity, communication, teamwork, time management.
