Position Overview We are seeking a Project Manager / Asst. Project Manager with strong technical acumen and leadership capabilities to drive our corporate interior fitout projects from conception to completion. This role demands a forward-thinking professional who can seamlessly blend traditional project management expertise with cutting-edge technology implementation. Key Responsibilities Strategic Project Leadership Define and enforce project control criteria ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks Lead cross-functional teams including design professionals, site delivery teams, and technical specialists Provide strategic direction and mentorship to Assistant Project Managers and junior team members Client & Stakeholder Excellence Serve as primary strategic contact for high-value clients and complex projects Lead prospect meetings and engage corporate resources to secure large and complex deals Facilitate seamless communication among all stakeholders including clients, vendors, and internal teams Prepare comprehensive project documentation and progress reports Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the entire project lifecycle Vendor & Resource Management Coordinate with vendors ensuring timely delivery of materials and services Establish and maintain strategic vendor relationships while monitoring performance standards Manage resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects Sustainability & Compliance Excellence Lead sustainable building practices and green construction initiatives Ensure compliance with LEED and WELL certification requirements Drive circular economy practices including waste reduction, material reuse, and recycling programs Quality & Process Excellence Maintain comprehensive project documentation and knowledge management systems Implement proactive risk management strategies to minimize disruptions Recognize opportunities for creating new systems, structures, and processes to increase effectiveness. Implement agile and hybrid project management methodologies for enhanced flexibility. Required Qualifications Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
