A work form home contract that requires the interior designer to design and deliver creative contents that highlights the interior design and dcor of properties. The purpose it to display solution decks to visitors or further clients, The design deck must meet high quality standards and professionalism.. The candidates must accurately match patterns and surface textures that would complement actual on site materials,. We are looking for creative minded candidates with skills in softwares like Lumion, Enscape, Blender.. The designer will be portraying an entire room of an residential complex or a commercial complex.. All tasks will be maintained via an online workflow.. Qualifications. Skills in Space Planning and Interior Design. Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings. Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). Excellent communication and presentation skills.. Ability to collaborate with a team and meet project deadlines. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Blender).
