Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of space planning, design concepts, material selection, and project execution. The role involves working closely with clients, architects, and project teams to deliver aesthetically appealing and functional interior spaces for residential, commercial, and corporate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and execute interior layouts based on client requirements.
• Prepare 2D and 3D designs, mood boards, and presentations.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and décor elements.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure design integrity.
• Create detailed drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost estimates.
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budgets.
• Visit sites regularly to oversee design implementation and quality standards.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate procurement of materials.
• Handle client interactions professionally and maintain strong client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 3-7 years of proven experience in interior designing, preferably in the construction/real estate industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
• Strong visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry standards, materials, and costing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
