Interior Designer

Role & Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and prepare accurate 2D AutoCAD drawings.
• Create detailed layouts, plans, and technical drawings as per project needs.
• Assist in preparing presentations and design documentation for clients.
• Coordinate with Architects, Interior Designers, and Engineers to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and inspections when required.
• Prepare and update as-built drawings.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards and industry guidelines.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions.
• Assist with additional design-related duties as directed by superiors.

Tasks & Activities

Meetings

• Attend meetings with architects, designers, and clients to understand requirements.
• Explain drawing concepts and modifications as per client feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Drawings & Proposals

• Develop 2D AutoCAD drawings based on design briefs.
• Modify and update drawings according to client and consultant feedback.
• Coordinate with the design and execution team for approvals.
• Support in preparing presentation drawings and layouts for client proposals.

Execution & Coordination

• Provide on-site support for measurement verification.
• Work closely with the execution team to ensure designs are implemented as per drawings.
• Maintain accuracy and timely delivery of drawings.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in AutoCAD (2D).
• Ability to prepare detailed layouts, sections, elevations, and working drawings.
• Good understanding of technical detailing, measurements, and scales.
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills

· Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) tools

· Proficient with 2D CAD Drawings.

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or Interior Design.
• Certification in AutoCAD is highly preferred.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in preparing 2D drawings.
• In-depth knowledge of drawing standards, furniture layouts, and finishes.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate and timely drawings for projects.

Location – Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
