Interior Designer Site Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Interior Designer Site Supervisor to oversee our interior design projects on-site. The role involves managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and clients, and ensuring the project is executed as per design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor interior design project execution at site.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, BOQs, and design specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors for smooth workflow.
• Check quality of materials and workmanship to maintain design standards.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and snag lists.
• Manage labor teams and allocate work as per project requirements.
• Resolve site-level issues, delays, or design conflicts proactively.
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness protocols are maintained on-site.
• Work closely with the design team to implement drawings accurately.
• Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in site supervision for interior design projects.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction details.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SketchUp/AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to handle on-site challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
