Interior Designer- Sales

As an Interior Designer at Livspace, you will play a crucial role in owning the sales funnel and driving sales closure. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve sales targets on projects every month by leading a team of 4 to 6 designers. Your focus will be on managing the sales funnel effectively to increase the conversion rate and ensure the booking of new projects. Additionally, you will be tasked with targeting and achieving 8 to 10 projects monthly. Your role will also involve taking charge of customer experience and relationships, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service throughout their interactions with Livspace. Moreover, you will be responsible for training designers to enhance their sales skills and help them reach their targets successfully. To excel in this position, Livspace is looking for candidates with a Bachelor's qualification in B-Arch or B-Tech, along with a minimum of 15 years of academics. You should have at least 2 years of work experience in Business Development and Growth, particularly in B2C sales.
