Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer specializing in residential projects, based in Chennai. The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing residential interior projects. Daily tasks include creating design presentations, collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, sourcing materials, coordinating with contractors, and managing project timelines. The role also involves site visits to ensure design alignment and quality control during execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in interior design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software
• Strong skills in space planning, furniture layouts, and creating mood boards
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and trends in modern residential interiors
• Excellent communication and client collaboration skills
• Project management experience, including budget management and timeline tracking
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Experience with modular furniture design or smart storage solutions is a plus
