About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically strong Interior Designer with hands-on site experience and complete client-handling exposure—from first meeting to project closure. The ideal candidate should deliver functional, aesthetic, and budget-friendly design solutions while ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, layouts, and space plans based on client needs and budgets.
• Create 2D/3D visualizations using Google SketchUp (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus).
• Handle clients end-to-end: design presentation, pricing, revisions, and final approval.
• Conduct site visits, coordinate with execution teams, and resolve design issues.
• Work closely with vendors and contractors; ensure timely updates and follow-ups.
• Ensure final output meets both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-year Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture.
• Mandatory site experience with strong practical execution understanding.
• Proven experience in residential interior projects.
• Proficiency in Google SketchUp.
• Strong communication skills (English must; local language preferred).
• Product knowledge of materials, finishes, hardware, and modular components.
• Customer-centric mindset with focus on design quality and cost efficiency.
