Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and budget.
• Develop design concepts and mood boards based on client input.
• Prepare detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D visualizations using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape,Adobe Creative Suite).
• Select furniture, materials, lighting, and finishes that align with the project’s vision.
• Present design proposals and revisions to clients for feedback and approval.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors during project execution.
• Source and manage vendors and suppliers for materials and furnishings.
• Ensure that all designs comply with relevant health, safety, and building codes.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years preferred) as an Interior Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of sustainability and green design principles is a plus.
