Interior Designer – Construction Sector (Dubai, UAE)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Interior Designer with strong experience in the construction and fit-out industry to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality interior design projects from inception to completion, aligning with UAE construction standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on project requirements and timelines.
• Develop and present concept designs, mood boards, 3D renderings, and detailed CAD drawings.
• Select and specify materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes suitable for the Dubai market and climate.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), and detailed design documentation.
• Supervise and inspect on-site installations to ensure design integrity and quality control.
• Ensure all designs comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, DEWA, and relevant building codes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to source and deliver materials on time and within budget.
• Maintain client relationships and provide after-service design support where necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering , Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of interior design experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of UAE building regulations and construction documentation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
