Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer based in Pune. The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing design ideas, creating innovative space plans, preparing construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). Collaborating with clients to understand their preferences, the designer will ensure that the final output aligns with the client’s vision while maintaining functionality and design excellence.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning
• Bring in clients and pitch designs
• Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings and working with architectural concepts
• Knowledge of FF&E selection and its application in projects
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and an ability to translate client needs into design concepts
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with clients and team members
• Prior experience in the interior design field is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
