We are looking for a skilled and innovative Interior Designer with experience in industrial and commercial interiors to design functional, efficient, and visually impactful spaces such as offices, factories, warehouses, retail outlets, and corporate facilities. The role requires close coordination with clients, engineers, architects, and contractors to deliver projects that meet operational, safety, and brand requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Understand client requirements, workflows, operational needs, and brand guidelines

* Develop design concepts, layouts, and space planning for industrial and commercial environments

* Prepare detailed drawings: layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings

* Create 3D visualizations and presentations for client approvals

* Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures suitable for industrial/commercial use

* Coordinate with MEP, structural, and civil teams to ensure design integration

* Ensure compliance with building codes, fire & safety regulations, and accessibility standards

* Manage timelines and support project delivery within budget

Required Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Interior Design / Architecture

* 1-3 years of experience in industrial and/or commercial interior projects

* Strong knowledge of industrial materials, finishes, and construction methods

* Experience with office interiors, factories, warehouses, retail, or corporate spaces

Technical Skills

* Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)

* Working knowledge of SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max / Lumion (preferred)

* Ability to read and prepare detailed construction drawings

* Basic knowledge of MEP coordination and site execution

Key Competencies

* Strong space-planning and problem-solving skills

* Excellent coordination and communication skills

* Attention to detail and execution-oriented mindset

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Client-handling and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with turnkey or design-and-build projects

* Knowledge of sustainability, industrial safety norms, and ergonomics

* Experience working with large-scale commercial or industrial facilities

Work Environment

* Office-based with frequent site visits

* May require travel to project locations

* Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
