About the Role

Imperial Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our real estate team. The role involves designing interiors for residential and commercial projects, ensuring they are aesthetically appealing, functional, and aligned with client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design trends, space utilization, and material selection, while keeping cost-effectiveness and project timelines in mind.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations for real estate projects (Residential, Commercial, Retail).

· Create 2D/3D designs, Mood boards, and detailed drawings to visualize design ideas.

· Collaborate with architects, project managers, and vendors to align designs with overall project vision.

· Select materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes that fit the project’s budget and aesthetics.

· Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company guidelines.

· Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and provide technical guidance.

· Stay updated on design trends, innovative materials, and industry best practices.

· Work with marketing teams to showcase interiors in brochures, show flats, and digital platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design / Architecture.

· 2–5 years of experience in interior designing, preferably in real estate or related industries.

· Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, etc.).

· Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and space planning.

· Excellent visualization, creativity, and presentation skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, and internal teams.
