Interior Designer

Job Summary: We're seeking a creative, imaginative, and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team in Nashik. You'll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior design projects from initial client consultation to final installation. This role requires a strong eye for design, technical proficiency in design software, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage projects to successful completion while adhering to timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities Client Consultation & Needs Assessment: Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle, functional requirements, budget, and project scope. Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, take measurements, and understand the architectural context. Conceptualization & Design Development: Develop creative design concepts, themes, and mood boards that align with client vision and project goals. Prepare detailed design presentations, including sketches, 3D renderings, floor plans, elevations, and material boards. Select and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), lighting, finishes, colors, and decorative items. Ensure designs are aesthetically appealing, functional, safe, and comply with relevant building codes and standards. Documentation & Technical Drawing: Produce precise technical drawings, including detailed layouts, electrical plans, plumbing layouts, false ceiling designs, and custom furniture drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit choose relevant software ). Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for projects. Project Management & Execution: Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other specialists throughout the project lifecycle. Supervise on-site execution to ensure designs are implemented accurately and to quality standards. Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement processes. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications. Vendor & Material Sourcing: Research, source, and negotiate with vendors for materials, furniture, and decorative elements. Maintain an updated library of materials, samples, and vendor contacts. Post-Completion & Client Satisfaction: Oversee final installation and styling. Conduct post-project reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
