Job Description

We are seeking a confident and creative Interior Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, excellent communication abilities, and the confidence to lead projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality design solutions across residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, presentations, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare space plans, 3D visualizations, material boards, and construction documents.
• Manage design projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals confidently.
• Work closely with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure design intent is executed correctly.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Conduct site visits, supervise installations, and resolve design-related issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in an interior design firm.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Confident in presenting ideas and communicating with clients.
• Excellent knowledge of materials, products, and design trends.
• Strong project management and time-management skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous design work is required.

• Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach.
• Experience with turnkey projects is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
