Interior Designer

You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior design projects, from space planning to final installation, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include meeting with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and budget, developing design concepts, mood boards, and presentations, creating detailed drawings, floor plans, 3D visualizations, and material boards, selecting furniture, fixtures, lighting, finishes, and accessories, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors throughout the project, preparing project cost estimates, timelines, and schedules, ensuring that the design adheres to building codes, safety standards, and sustainability requirements, conducting site visits to ensure progress aligns with the design vision, and staying current on industry trends, products, and technologies. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, along with proven experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality design projects. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools is required. Strong project management and communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and knowledge of materials, color theory, space planning, and furniture design are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with sustainable or LEED-certified projects and a portfolio showcasing a variety of interior design projects.
