The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior design projects, from space planning to final installation, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Meet with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and budget. Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations. Create detailed drawings, floor plans, 3D visualizations, and material boards. Select furniture, fixtures, lighting, finishes, and accessories. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors throughout the project. Prepare project cost estimates, timelines, and schedules. Ensure that the design adheres to building codes, safety standards, and sustainability requirements. Conduct site visits to ensure progress aligns with the design vision. Stay current on industry trends, products, and technologies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality design projects. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools. Strong project management and communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Knowledge of materials, color theory, space planning, and furniture design. Preferred Qualification Experience with sustainable or LEED-certified projects. Portfolio showcasing a variety of interior design projects.
