Responsibilities : Coordinate day-to-day project activities, timelines, and deliverables. Serve as the point of contact between designers, clients, contractors, and vendors. Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow up on project milestones. Assist in preparing BOQs, material lists, and design presentations. Ensure all documentation and approvals are in place before project execution. Track procurement and delivery of materials/furniture and ensure site readiness. Help resolve site-level issues by coordinating with the concerned teams. Maintain accurate project records, communication logs, and update reports. Support the design team in client presentations and feedback implementation. Key Skills Required: Excellent coordination and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Working knowledge of interior design processes and materials Basic proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD/SketchUp (preferred) Ability to handle pressure and deadlines Qualifications: Bachelors degree or diploma in Interior Design Need Female Only Job Type & Work Environment: Job Type: Full-time Work Mode: Office Working Hours: 10.30 AM to 06.30 PM (May Extend As Per Work - Sometimes) Experience : 3-4Years Company Type : Architect and Interior Designers Location : Pune
