Interior designer & Architect

Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented professional with expertise in both architecture and interior design. This dual-role position involves the end-to-end planning, designing, and execution of building structures and their interiors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles combined with a keen eye for aesthetics, spatial planning, and functionality in interior environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget.
• Develop architectural and interior design concepts for residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and lighting for interior spaces.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee construction and interior installation to ensure alignment with design intent.
• Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient practices in architectural and interior solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture and/or Interior Design.
• Professional licensure (as required by local laws/standards).
• Proven experience in architectural and interior design projects.
• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.
• Strong creative, technical, and visualization skills.
• Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration abilities.
