Greenfolia Architects is a Kochi-based design firm specializing in sustainable, contemporary architecture and interior design. We believe in blending creativity with functionality, and we’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented 3D Visualiser to join our growing team in Edappally.

Job Description:

We are hiring a motivated 3D Visualiser with 0–1 year of experience to assist our design team in developing compelling 3D models and photorealistic renders. The ideal candidate should be proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, and Enscape, and have a good understanding of architectural detailing and spatial aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

• Create accurate and detailed 3D models using SketchUp and AutoCAD based on architectural drawings.
• Produce high-quality renderings and walkthroughs using Lumion and Enscape.
• Work closely with architects and interior designers to understand project goals and translate concepts into visuals.
• Assist in the preparation of client presentation materials.
• Ensure timely delivery of visuals and revisions as needed.
• Maintain organized digital libraries and file structures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of professional or internship experience in 3D visualization.
• Strong proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, and Enscape.
• Good eye for detail, color, lighting, and spatial composition.
• Ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings and mood boards.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work is mandatory.
• Team player with strong communication and time management skills.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or post-production software.
• Familiarity with sustainable design concepts (a plus, in line with our firm’s ethos).
