Interior Designer (2D,3D & Structural Design)

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and versatile Interior Designer experienced in both commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge of BOQ preparation, quotation drafting, 2D drawings, 3D visualization, and structural coordination. This role requires direct interaction with clients—from understanding requirements to delivering design proposals and quotations. Responsibilities * Meet clients to understand design requirements, budgets, preferences, and functional needs. * Prepare detailed 2D layout plans, 3D interior visualizations, and structural coordination drawings as per project scope. * Develop BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and prepare cost estimates and quotations for interior and construction projects. * Present design concepts, mood boards, material selections, and space planning ideas to clients. * Coordinate with the project execution team, vendors, and site engineers to ensure design accuracy and timely implementation. * Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the design and execution stages. * Ensure that all designs comply with quality standards, budget constraints, and site conditions. * Stay updated with market trends, new materials, and innovative design practices. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering. * 2–5 years of experience in residential and commercial interior design. * Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and MS Excel. * Knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and structural coordination. * Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interaction. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. * Strong understanding of cost estimation, measurement, and BOQ documentation. Preferred Skills * On-site experience with interior execution projects. * Experience in preparing client presentations and technical project documentation. * Exposure to turnkey interior project workflows.
