Job Description: Making calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products or services. Explaining details about offerings and answering customer questions. Understanding customer needs through effective questioning. Recording important information and maintaining updated customer databases. Handling customer complaints and providing suitable solutions. Processing orders and closing sales efficiently. Following organizational guidelines and reporting call progress. Qualifications and skills typically required: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree may be preferred. Prior experience or training in telecalling or sales is advantageous. Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and handle rejection professionally. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software. Good organizational and decision-making abilities.
