Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer (2D) to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in conceptualizing and executing design plans, creating detailed layouts, and ensuring the highest quality in design delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio (preferably residential projects).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, space planning, and materials.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and current design trends is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and project goals.
• Create conceptual designs and compelling presentations to communicate ideas effectively.
• Develop detailed floor plans, basic plans, production drawings, and elevations using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Provide direction and guidance to junior designers and support staff.
• Conduct site visits to assess spaces, take accurate measurements, and ensure design implementation aligns with plans.
• Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Ensure all designs adhere to relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, vendors, and project partners.
