Interior Design Project Coordinator (2-3 years)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Design Project Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day coordination of our ongoing residential interior projects. This person will be the key bridge between our design team, vendors, clients, and on-site teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the execution phase; schedule site meetings, share updates, and manage feedback.
• Vendor Coordination: Communicate and follow up with vendors for timely deliveries, material quality, and site requirements.
• Project Tracking: Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables; flag delays or issues proactively.
• Procurement Management: Manage procurement of materials; maintain records of orders, deliveries, and bills.
• Site Coordination: Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is executed as per the design intent and schedule.
• Documentation: Maintain all project-related documents including BOQs, invoices, delivery notes, and client approvals.
• Team Support: Assist the design team with any support required during project handovers, snag list resolutions, or vendor interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in interior project coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project tracking tools.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines.
• Knowledge of materials, vendors, and finishes used in interior design is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
