Key Responsibilities Record and manage daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts). Maintain accurate ledgers and generate regular financial reports. Track accounts payable/receivable and follow up on pending payments. Coordinate with external vendors, CA, and auditors; assist with GST and compliance. Handle office operations, vendor coordination, and inventory management. Maintain organized records (digital & physical) and support documentation needs. Assist with team scheduling, internal communication, and basic HR support. Key Responsibilities Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the execution phase; schedule site meetings, share updates, and manage feedback. Vendor Coordination: Communicate and follow up with vendors for timely deliveries, material quality, and site requirements. Project Tracking: Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables; flag delays or issues proactively.
