Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Design Faculty at INSD Kolkata. The Faculty will be responsible for delivering lectures, mentoring students on projects, supervising practical sessions, preparing curriculum and lesson plans, and evaluating student progress. Additional responsibilities include organizing workshops, collaborating with industry professionals for guest lectures, and staying updated with the latest trends in interior design to enhance the teaching module.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Interior Design Concepts, Space Planning, and Design Processes
• Minimum

  5+ years

  of professional experience in Interior Design/Architecture
• Experience in CAD Software, 3D Modeling, and other Digital Design Tools
• Strong skills in Communication, Presentation, and Student Mentoring
• Knowledge of Materials, Textures, and Current Industry Trends in Interior Design
• Capability to develop Creative Projects and Collaborative Learning Opportunities
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture.
• Teaching experience in design education is a plus
• Passion for nurturing the next generation of creative professionals
