Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselling Executive located in Kolkata. The responsibilities include offering academic and career counseling services to prospective and current students, conducting presentations on academic programs, providing information on admissions procedures, and guiding students through the application process. The Executive will also be responsible for maintaining records of student interactions, organizing and coordinating with faculty for academic events, and actively participating in student recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Academic counseling, career counseling, and student support skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in organizing and coordinating academic events
• Ability to maintain records and manage administrative tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office and other related software
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Relevant experience in an educational institution is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
