Job Description

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of [1-2] years of professional drafting experience, specifically within an interior design or architecture firm.
Technical Proficiency:
Essential: Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD (2D).
Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction methods, and materials.
Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints, sketches, and redline markups.
Core Competencies:
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, V-Ray, or 3ds Max).
Knowledge of local building codes and accessibility standards (e.g., ADA).
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) for presentation formatting.
