With over a decade of experience and 300+ completed projects across 30+ cities and internationally, we work closely with high-end residential clients, architects, and interior designers to deliver cutting-edge smart home and entertainment experiences. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Designer who will act as a bridge between our clients, design team, and project execution team. This is a client-facing role that involves giving demos, gathering requirements, preparing and presenting quotations, guiding the design team, and ensuring smooth handover and project alignment. Client Handling & Sales Support: · Attend meetings and product demos with prospective clients (architects, interior designers, homeowners, hotel owners) · Understand client needs and document their requirements clearly · Explain product offerings and technology in a simple and confident manner · Collaborate with founders and sales team to prepare project proposals/quotations · Share and follow up on quotes with clients, and assist in finalizing the same Design Coordination: · Translate client briefs into actionable information for the design team · Guide AutoCAD designers on preparing project-specific drawings (lighting loopings, keypad placements, curtain motor markings, speaker locations, SLDs, etc.) · Review and finalize technical drawings before client/site sharing · Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Project Coordination: · Coordinate with architects, site managers, and execution teams to ensure alignment on drawings and scope · Conduct occasional site visits for technical inputs or client walkthroughs · Ensure timely communication between all internal departments to move projects forward Process Management: · Track and manage project milestones related to design and client approvals · Maintain clear communication records with clients and stakeholders · Use internal systems or trackers for approvals, design reviews, and timelines Required Skills: · Bachelor’s/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design · 2–4 years of experience in design or client coordination roles · Understanding of architectural layouts, lighting planning, and interior detailing · Good knowledge of AutoCAD (you won’t need to draft, but reviewing is important) · Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (fluent in English & Hindi) · Presentable, professional, and confident in client-facing settings · Ability to multitask and work under pressure Why Join Sigmac? · Work on prestigious projects with top architects, interior designers, and HNI clients · Be part of a growing team that blends design with cutting-edge technology · Learn from industry leaders and expand your technical + creative skill set · Opportunity to lead client relationships and build a meaningful career
