Your role will involve collaborating with clients to comprehend their requirements and deliver optimal design solutions for their homes. This includes providing quotes, detailed designs, and preparing production drawings. Prioritizing and managing multiple design projects concurrently is a key aspect of this position. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing sales reports, project turnaround times, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The qualifications for this role include a minimum of a 2-year Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture from a reputable institution. Practical experience on-site is crucial as you should be confident that your proposed designs can be implemented smoothly. A customer-centric approach is vital, ensuring that your designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and within the customer's budget. Experience with residential projects is a prerequisite, along with proficiency in Google Sketchup software.
