*Job Overview:*

As an integral part of our operations team, the Interior Design Representative will play a pivotal role in organizing product and service delivery, implementing creative interior design solutions, promoting our offerings, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills, a passion for interior design, and a focus on achieving sales targets.

*Responsibilities:*

• Identify and approach potential customers with personalized solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, exceeding predefined targets.
• Cultivate lasting relationships through consistent communication.
• Understand customer needs, stay informed about industry trends, and analyze competitors.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for effective sales campaigns.
• Deliver impactful presentations and proposals to clients.
• Stay well-informed about product features and industry trends.

*Requirements:*

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 months of successful experience in Customer servicing, Business development, sales or pre-sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• A positive and resilient attitude with a customer-centric approach.
