Location: Mumbai Job Type: Full-time Joining: Immediate Job Description: Raj Interiors is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Construction Draughtsman with exclusive experience in the hospitality sector . The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing precise and execution-ready shop drawings for interior fit-out projects in malls, restaurants, hotels, and resorts . You will work closely with designers, project managers, and site teams to prepare high-quality drawings for loose furniture , paneling , interior detailing , and client approvals , ensuring all designs align with the unique requirements of hospitality interiors . Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and detailed shop drawings specifically for: Loose furniture (e.g. wardrobes, tables, sofas, counters) Paneling, partitions, wall claddings, and ceiling features Custom joinery and fit-outs for hospitality environments Develop working drawings tailored for hospitality interior projects such as restaurants, hotels, resorts, and commercial malls . Coordinate with project managers, design consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of designs. Generate drawing sets for client approvals , contractor execution , and on-site reference . Maintain a clear drawing documentation system with proper version control. Assist in resolving on-site technical queries through drawing revisions and practical detailing. Ensure all drawings adhere to interior construction standards and project specifications. Skills & Qualifications: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential; 3D knowledge is a plus). Excellent knowledge of interior detailing , especially in hospitality projects . Ability to create comprehensive shop drawings for furniture and fit-outs . Understanding of materials, joinery methods, and execution techniques for high-traffic commercial spaces. Ability to interpret and convert design concepts into workable technical drawings. Good communication skills and coordination ability with various project stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines. Educational Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design , Architecture , or related field. Experience: 2–5 years of experience as an Interior Draughtsman, with a proven track record in hospitality sector projects (restaurants, hotels, malls, or resorts only).
