We are looking for a skilled Interior Draftsman / CAD Drafter to join our team and contribute to high-end residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to translate design concepts into accurate, high-quality drawings that align with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed interior drawings, technical layouts, and RCC details to support design execution
• Translate design briefs and concepts into precise drafts ready for implementation
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and timely delivery
• Maintain drawing standards and ensure all work aligns with project timelines and quality expectations
• Support a variety of high-end residential and commercial projects with precision and consistency

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of interior and technical drawings, including RCC layouts
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape
• Ability to interpret design ideas into accurate, construction-ready drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and structural accuracy
• Clear understanding of design standards, project workflows, and timelines
