Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs for various project types.

- Prepare construction drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.

- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors for project execution.

- Participate in site visits, monitor work progress, and ensure design adherence on-site.

- Assist with documentation for statutory approvals and client presentations.

- Ensure designs comply with building codes, local by-laws, and project requirements.

- Support material selection, finishes, and design detailing.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch); Masters degree is an added advantage.

- 1-4 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination.

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Suite.

- Strong design and technical drawing skills with attention to detail.

- Understanding of construction processes and building systems.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to a variety of construction projects

- residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional.

- Familiarity with sustainable design and MEP coordination.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
