Interior Architect

We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Interior Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and interior design, with the ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute high-quality interior spaces. This role involves working closely with clients, project managers, and contractors to transform spaces while maintaining functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design interior architectural spaces from concept through completion
• Develop space planning, material selections, and construction documentation
• Prepare detailed drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings
• Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, budgets, and timelines
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, ADA, and safety regulations
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and consultants throughout the project
• Select finishes, materials, lighting, and furnishings as required
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is followed
• Use design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in interior architecture or interior design
• Strong portfolio showcasing completed commercial and/or residential projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and other design tools
• Knowledge of building systems, codes, and construction documentation
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹14,532.26 - ₹52,312.12 per month
