Site Engineer (Civil)

• Project Planning: Collaborate with architects and other professionals to plan and execute construction projects. This includes creating project timelines, setting goals, and determining required resources.
• Site Inspection: Regularly inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Quality Control: Monitor and manage the quality of construction work to ensure it meets industry standards and project specifications.
• Budget Management: Work within budget constraints and optimize resource utilization. Keep track of project costs and identify areas for cost-saving.
• Coordination: Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies. Ensure effective communication among team members.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and any changes to the original plans.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction. Develop solutions to unforeseen problems.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all construction personnel.
• Schedule Management: Keep the project on schedule by closely monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
