As a civil engineering professional or recent graduate, this Full-Time | Permanent opportunity offers you the chance to kickstart your career in the construction industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising and coordinating daily on-site construction work - Assisting in planning day-to-day tasks and scheduling labor - Estimating quantities and costs of materials, labor, and time - Ensuring proper use of materials and resources on-site - Maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the construction process - Taking measurements, preparing site reports, and running bills - Handling basic site documentation and updates to management Qualifications required for this role are as follows: - Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) - Experience: Minimum 10 years on-site experience preferred - Age: Above 35 years - License: Owning a valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler license and vehicle is preferred - Preferred Candidate: Male candidates residing in or near Kannur, Kasaragod, Kerala The work environment is on-site with a willingness to travel.
