Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contribute to a variety of innovative architectural projects.
• Utilize expertise in architectural software to create designs and models.
• Apply a solid understanding of

  building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods

  .
• Collaborate effectively with a fast-paced and collaborative team.
• Perform well in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, and contribute to all project phases.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in

  Autodesk Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, and SketchUp

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with

  Building Information Modeling (BIM)

  and

  Microsoft Office

  .
• Experience in

  Commercial Buildings, Building rules and regulations, Construction, and Liaison Architect

  roles.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

• LEED AP or WELL AP certification

  is a plus.
• Experience with

  3D modeling and visualization tools

  (e.g., Rhino, V-Ray) is a plus.
• Familiarity with

  sustainable design principles and practices

  is a plus.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
