Interim Manager of Accounting

Role Overview: You will be working as an Interim Manager of Accounting for our Client, focusing on leading day-to-day accounting and financial operations with a strong emphasis on month-end close, process improvement, and collaboration across teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the general ledger function to ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions, including various accounting activities such as accruals, fixed asset accounting, and bank reconciliations - Drive the month-end close process with a focus on SOX compliance, enhancing controls through automation and ERP improvements - Manage and mentor a team of 8~10 members, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement - Partner with Finance leadership on strategic initiatives, perform flux analysis, and provide actionable insights to optimize costs and improve business efficiency - Serve as the primary liaison with auditors and key stakeholders to ensure smooth audit execution and align accounting processes with business operations Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 8-10 years of corporate accounting experience, preferably in technology companies - Expertise in US GAAP, Ind AS, and SOX compliance - Strong knowledge in general ledger accounting, financial close processes, and technical accounting matters - Demonstrated problem-solving ability, productivity improvement, and leadership skills - Hands-on experience with leading ERP systems like NetSuite and familiarity with reconciliation tools such as Black Line and FloQast would be advantageous,
