Interface Specialist

As a UI/UX Designer at Houzeo, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex ideas into seamless digital experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to create intuitive and visually compelling interfaces that align with Houzeo's user-first mission. Your tasks will include translating business and user requirements into thoughtful experiences, designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that prioritize intuitive navigation and usability, and collaborating with various teams to deliver world-class digital products. You will need to approach design challenges creatively and thoughtfully, always keeping the user at the forefront of your mind. In this role, you will create user flows, storyboards, sitemaps, and wireframes based on thorough research and insights. Your responsibilities will also involve designing interface elements for both web and mobile apps, building navigation systems, defining layout structures, and rapidly prototyping UI concepts for real user testing. Additionally, you will present design drafts, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to ensure optimal user experience. To excel in this position, you should bring at least 4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role. A strong portfolio demonstrating your design projects across web and mobile platforms is essential. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, Photoshop, and Illustrator is required, along with experience using wireframing tools like Wireframe.cc and InVision. Knowledge of modern UX principles, UI design patterns, responsive design, and adaptive design is also necessary. Effective communication skills, excellent time-management abilities, and a Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field are important qualifications for this role. Additionally, any experience in designing for real estate, finance, or e-commerce platforms, familiarity with HTML/CSS or frontend frameworks, and a data-driven mindset with user research and usability testing experience are considered advantageous.
