Job Description: As a UI/UX Frontend Designer at GiniLytics IT Solutions, you will collaborate closely with developers to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Your primary responsibility will be designing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines, meet user needs, and enhance the overall user experience. The ideal candidate for this position must be highly creative, possess a strong design mindset, and have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design. Your key responsibilities will include designing user interfaces, collaborating with developers to implement designs into responsive applications, conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, developing design systems for consistency, implementing interactive UI features using modern frameworks, and iterating designs based on user feedback and usability testing. It is crucial to stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design to deliver innovative solutions. To qualify for this role, you should have 2-4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise. Proficiency in design tools like Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, or Illustrator is required, along with a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript. Hands-on experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is essential, and experience with WordPress theme design would be advantageous. Additionally, you should have experience in creating responsive designs that prioritize user experience across various devices and possess strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
