Interface Specialist

You will be joining our team as a talented and creative UI/UX Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing seamless, user-friendly digital experiences that meet both user needs and business objectives. Collaboration with various teams like product managers, developers, and marketers will be key to bringing innovative design solutions to fruition. Your responsibilities will include designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for both web and mobile applications. Additionally, you will conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to guide design decisions. Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts will also be part of your role. Ensuring design consistency across all platforms using design systems and style guides, as well as working closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, will be crucial. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, backed by a strong portfolio showcasing design work. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar is required. Understanding user-centered design principles and best practices, along with the ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, are essential skills. Any experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiarity with accessibility best practices will be considered a bonus.
