Interface Specialist

You are a skilled and dedicated UI/UX and Graphic Design Trainer joining our team with strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring students. This full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad requires you to deliver engaging training sessions, develop curriculum, guide students through projects, and provide feedback for skill improvement. You will also need to stay updated with industry trends and tools. Your key responsibilities include delivering UI/UX and Graphic Design training sessions, developing curriculum and teaching materials, guiding students through projects, providing feedback and support for skill improvement, and staying updated with industry trends and tools. To excel in this role, you must have proficiency in UI/UX Design (Interaction, User Research, Prototyping, Design Thinking), Graphic Design (Branding, Typography, Print & Digital Media, Motion Graphics), and tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, InDesign, and After Effects. You should hold a Degree/Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a relevant field, along with short courses or digital certifications in related areas. Additionally, having 1-2 years of experience in a teaching or trainer role will be beneficial. Additional skills that will be advantageous include confident body language and clear communication, strong classroom management and discipline skills, punctuality, preparedness, passion for teaching, openness to learning and professional development, proficiency in verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities, and a positive attitude with the ability to work independently.
