Job Summary The Head of Learning Engineering will lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative learning solutions and technologies. Collaborate with instructional designers, content developers, and product managers to create effective and engaging learning experiences. Research and Innovation : Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in learning sciences, educational technology, and data analytics. Conduct and support research on learning theories, instructional strategies, and technology integration. Publish research findings and present at conferences to contribute to the academic and professional community. Technology and Platforms : Oversee the entire learning technology stack, including authoring tools, learning platforms, mobile apps, and assessment systems (depending on the company's products). Leverage of the latest trends and advancements in learning technologies (e.g., AI, AR/VR, gamification) to develop future-ready solutions and platforms.
