With a team of over 700 agile-enabled professionals, we have developed more than 1000 mobile applications and 4000 web apps, completing over 6000 Responsibilities : Lead and mentor a team of Python developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high-quality engineering. Own the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable Python-based applications and APIs. Guide the team in applying best practices in software development, including coding standards, code reviews, testing, and DevOps. Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and QA to ensure delivery of robust solutions aligned with business goals. Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database schemas, queries, and migrations. Oversee and contribute to the development of asynchronous systems using tools such as RabbitMQ. Ensure secure and high-performance API design, including token-based authentication and caching strategies. Stay up to date with advancements in AI, especially LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI,Anthropic etc), and explore integration opportunities when Skills & Requirements : Must-Have Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Python and web frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django. Expertise in designing RESTful APIs with performance, scalability, and security in mind. Solid experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB. Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, including Shell scripting. Experience with Docker and containerized deployments. Proficient in using Git, branching strategies, and collaborative workflows. Experience in frontend-backend integrations and knowledge of JavaScript Good To Have Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines, especially Large Language Model APIs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.).
