Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Intensivist located in Mogappair, Chennai at Medway Hospitals. The Intensivist will be responsible for providing critical care and managing patients in intensive care units. Duties include monitoring and treating critically ill patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary medical team, managing advanced life support measures, and ensuring timely and appropriate interventions. The role requires maintaining high standards of patient care and supporting families during critical situations.

Qualifications

Strong clinical skills in critical care management and experience in advanced life support techniques
Proficiency in diagnosing and treating critically ill patients, and managing complex medical cases
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with a multidisciplinary medical team
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations
MBBS with an MD or DNB in Internal Medicine, Anesthesiology, or related fields; Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine is a plus
Prior experience working in a multidisciplinary intensive care setup is preferred
